1. Purpose

This policy sets out what you may submit to Illusion Lab and how we enforce it. It applies to text prompts and images you upload for generation.

2. What you may upload

You may only submit images you own or have the right to use. Uploaded images must be PNG, JPEG, or WebP, at most 10 MB, and between 64 and 4096 pixels on each side. Files are validated by their contents (not just their filename or extension) before being processed; files that fail validation are rejected.

3. Prohibited content

You may not submit prompts or images that:

• are illegal under applicable law;
• depict or sexualize minors, in any form — this is never permitted, and violations will be reported to the relevant authorities;
• are non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of real people;
• infringe another person's copyright, trademark, or other rights, without permission;
• constitute hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence;
• attempt to abuse, exploit, or interfere with the service (e.g. malware, scraping, prompt injection against our systems).

4. How this is enforced

Uploaded images are automatically checked for file type, size, and dimensions before generation. Prompts and images are also submitted to our 3D-generation provider with its own automated content-moderation enabled. We may additionally review content manually, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, independent of any automated check.
