By using Illusion Lab ("the service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Illusion Lab lets you generate 3D models and short videos from text prompts or uploaded images using AI. Some templates are live today (currently: Optical Illusion Loop); others are in development.

3. Accounts

You may browse the template library without an account. Generating or exporting content requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Credits

Generations and exports consume credits. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged, and are forfeited if your account is terminated. Paid credit purchases are not currently available.

5. Acceptable use

You must own or hold the necessary rights to any prompt or image you submit, and your content must comply with our Content Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

6. Your content and generated output

You retain your rights in the prompts and images you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you the right to use, share, and export the 3D models and videos generated for you. Because these outputs are produced by third-party AI models, we make no representation or warranty regarding their originality, uniqueness, or freedom from third-party rights, and disclaim liability for such claims to the extent permitted by law.

7. Our intellectual property

The Illusion Lab software, branding, and templates (excluding your submitted content and generated output) remain our property or that of our licensors.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability
